Assisting the Recruiters in hiring interns and full-time graduates at undergraduate and/or MBA level as well as helping to execute events and marketing initiatives, assist with on-boarding, and generally support the team's administration.

  • Arrange interviews & logistics

  • Schedule complex assessment days

  • Assist in execution of complex assessment days

  • Prepare CV books and interview packs

  • Coordinate candidate offer letters

  • Candidate Management throughout interview process including delivering sensitive feedback

  • Manage on-line application system

  • Management of new starter administration including background screening and relevant onboarding requirements

  • Update database, trackers and reporting stats

  • Coordinate the summer internship program

  • Assist in the summer intern conversion process

  • Reimburse candidate expenses

  • Track budget spend

  • Organise and attend recruitment events

  • Assist in the sourcing of business reps for recruiting events

  • Assist with the administration of events eg managing sign up lists, producing name badges, tracking event attendees and highlighted candidates

  • Ad hoc administration and projects

Candidate Description

  • Experienced in administration/coordination experience in a corporate environment.

  • Financial Services campus recruiting background preferred, but not required

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle high volumes

  • Strong team orientation

  • Demonstrated client service focus.

  • Proven track record of initiative and ownership with a sense of drive and professionalism

  • Enthusiastic approach to work

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Proactive, creative, can-do attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail
