THE COMPANY

Prosper 4 Group (“P4G”) is a Socially focused company providing employment & training services, predominantly to those people identified by their employment status as “disadvantaged” including young people16-24, women wishing to return to the workforce, ex-services veterans, the over 50s, recent graduates, those physically or mentally challenged, the homeless & ex-offenders.

P4G has integrated enhanced API driven, jobs-feeding software within its successful Jobs board, www.BridgeofHope.careers , which has been undergoing a significant functionality & content upgrade over the last few months. We have developed and brought our enhanced services to the market during Q1 2022, which is supported by an extensive sales driven digital marketing campaign.

Our secondary but rapidly growing activity is client bespoke search/match /recruit assignments, to National Employers, predominantly in the diversity and inclusive employment sector.

PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

The Role’s functions include :

Ø  Rapid familiarisation of the corporate employment services strategy

Ø  Responding to clients’ resourcing enquiries, become confident in delivery

Ø  Identifying key decisions makers within Employer and recruitment organisations & selling / supporting resourcing services

Ø  Managing the designated E. S. support Team, ( predominantly Kickstart employees) their workloads, customer interface & internal reporting

Ø  Competence in internal usage & online demonstrating of the portal to clients

Ø  Research potential new clients, maintain CRM information within Company’s platforms

Ø  Understanding & present pricing models and the value proposition to each Client group

Ø  Attend and contribute to client sales and media presentations

Ø  Coach & mentor existing & new staff including “ Kickstart” programme candidates

 

REQUIRED ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Ø  Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a recruitment role.

Ø  Experienced, preferably in the diversity & inclusion marketplace

Ø  Demonstrable competence on ATS & CRM platforms operations ( Bullhorn an advantage)

Ø  Relevant education/training & professional experience in Recruitment activities & related sales

Ø  Empathetic in nature towards any marginality, sexual, racial or ethnic cultures.

Ø  A determined work ethic and self-motivation to succeed in meeting targets & deadlines

Ø  Skilled in preparation and delivery of commercial proposals

Ø  Skilled in Microsoft 365 packages and general I.T. skills

Ø  Competitive and self-motivated

Ø  Confident working as a leader and member of a close team

Ø  Able to identify, hire, mentor subordinates and support staff.

 

 

 

 

SUPPORT

 

Once appropriate pre-engagement formalities have been completed, access to and induction will be given on Prosper’s Bridgeofhope.careers portal and our Bullhorn ATS/CRM platform .

 

The successful candidate will be provided with a new company owned notebook computer pre-loaded with Microsoft 365 suite & TEAMS and a company owned smartphone

 

REMUNERATION

 

A competitive salary circa £ 25k based upon experience will be offered, together with a performance based bonus based upon mutually agreed KPI’s.
