The role will be responsible for the co-ordination of the recruitment & selection processes including effective recruitment, onboarding, induction, and probation.

Role Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant
To co-ordinate all recruitment activities including producing and posting job adverts using our preferred supplier and our own job site, communicating effectively with prospective candidates, and recruiting managers as directed.
Conduct administration of any occupational testing, invitations to meet us/complete tests, references, offer letters, contracts, reject letters and payroll forms are prepared accurately and timely.
Monitor probation and inductions making sure they are kept updated.
Provide reception services to the HR Team, including triaging incoming enquiries, updating personal files, arranging meetings/interviews for the HR Officers.
Provide absence cover for the HR Assistant who is responsible for providing administration support to our Occupational Health Practitioner, the co-ordination of absence management and DBS processes
Candidate Description
Proven experience of working in a high volume environment, managing multiple priorities and working at pace
Strong administration skills
Experience of working with databases to capture and report on information
Knowledge and experience of recruitment and selection processes and practices
Experience of producing recruitment and contractual employment documentation
Experiencing of communicating effectively with staff at all levels providing a basic level of HR advice and guidance
Comprehensive knowledge of the full range of HR processes
Experiencing of communicating effectively with staff at all levels
