Job Description

  • Handling incoming calls from and outgoing calls to customers and suppliers in a way that builds customer and supplier confidence

  • Responding to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the Commercial Director and General Manager

  • Welcoming visitors to the site and meeting their needs during their visit

  • Arrange international travel and prepare travel agendas

  • Costing supplies and compiling budgets

  • Maintain printers, copiers and other office equipment and order stationery as required

  • General reception duties - including sorting post and facilitating meeting arrangements General housekeeping to a high standard
