Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Receptionist role, have excellent communication skills and experience of using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Provide reception service answering incoming calls to the company

  • Receive and distribute incoming post/deliveries.

  • Arrange courier collections.

  • Maintain visitor's records.

  • Carry out duties related to arranging meetings and hospitality arrangements.

  • Input data onto spreadsheets and databases where required.

  • Provide admin support where required.

  • Ensure that confidential records are maintained and secure.

  • Maintain meeting room facilities in preparation for meetings and functions

  • Undertake any reasonable duties as allocated by Line Manager.
