As the receptionist you will be face of the business, greeting employees and vistors at the office. You will be tasked with managing meeting arrangements, ordering supplies and assisting with ad hoc administration duties.

The ability to achieve and maintain UK Security Clearance is a mandatory pre-requisite for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors/new starters/staff from other sites

  • Answer main switchboard/tannoys/filtering of calls

  • Managing conference room bookings

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

  • Arranging couriers for parcels

  • Refilling refreshments in meeting rooms and ordering buffets as requested

  • Updating car park passes

  • Raising Purchase Requests as and when required

  • Ordering stock supplies, tea, coffee etc and managing our milk delivery

  • Arranging company travel ie. hotels, flights, car hires etc. as and when required to cover holidays and/or sickness

  • Assisting with any other admin duties on ad hoc basis

Candidate Description

  • Highly organised

  • Good people skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good time management

  • Able to work independently and use initiative,

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role,

  • Due to the work being conducted in our client's offices, candidates MUST be UK Nationals and able to obtain full security cleared status
