Our team help the bank re-imaging services building next generation businesses using state of the art digital and automation technology to deliver compelling innovative experiences for our customers and colleagues. Re-engineering is at the heart of our customer led transformation sitting at the intersection of business strategy, experience design and business technology.

We are looking for individuals with strong financial services and transformation background, who have experience of successfully transforming front to back operations through a customer lens.

The difference you'll make.

  • Identifying business needs and opportunities to create and deliver proposals which will generate internal revenue and increase the bank's profitability.

  • Building and leading a team of Re-Engineering managers and specialists who can identify, design, and implement E2E transformation for the newly created centres of excellence.

  • Managing multi-million-pound savings portfolio on behalf of the Re-Engineering team and the bank.

  • Collaborating closely with technology teams to deliver technical solutions (such as BPM, APIs and AI) while managing the cost to achieve of the programme

  • Experience in delivering digitally enabled transformation programmes within B2C or B2B Financial services organisations which demonstrate tangible benefits

  • Transforming Front to Back operations to improve customer and colleague experience and transforming operating models to better align to customers and improved ways of working

Candidate Description

  • Experience of working in financial services organisations in one or more of the following areas: + Retail and commercial banking + Private Banking + Wealth Management

  • Experience of interpreting clients strategic, operational, and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring by anticipating their needs and exceeding them

  • Experience of building sustainable senior client relationships, being recognised and respected by clients and colleagues as a knowledgeable and trusted professional
