Re-engineering is at the heart of our customer led transformation sitting at the intersection of business strategy, experience design and business technology.

The Process Re-Engineering area supports multiple domains (business areas and internal processes) in transforming operating models and improving customer and colleague experience.

We are looking for individuals with strong financial services and transformation background, who have experience of successfully transforming front to back operations through a customer lens.

You will be expected to lead a team of specialists trained in process review frameworks and practices (e.g. lean six sigma) in supporting business domains identifying, designing and implementing both tactically and strategically opportunities across the organisation

The difference you'll make.

  • Leading a team of trained transformational specialists to map the as is, identify process improvements and design to-be processes

  • Identifying and delivering of tactical and strategic process improvements in combination with Operational transformation teams

  • Tracking the benefits and costs associated to the projects your team will be managing to make sure they align with the approved business case.

  • Raising and manage risks following the IAMRISK framework

  • Developing deep working relationships and work with Santander Operations control functions, operational transformation teams, IT and product owners to challenge existing processes

  • Identifying opportunities and build process improvements both within E2E processes and across multiple related processes with a view to implement cross process re-usable solutions and components

Candidate Description

  • Experience of managing workstreams in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Knowledge of and application of process reviews (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Agile methodologies

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • High attention to detail with the ability identify root-cause and implement solutions

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • Ability to challenge and influence across all levels
