The main purpose of this Quality Assessor position is assisting in maintaining the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications, in line with financial services regulations by undertaking file assessments as directed.

Providing independent and objective Quality Assurance for all monitoring activities across operations.

Ensure that the monitoring function meets and embraces the groups treating customers fairly policy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Job

To understand and adhere to all company standards, policies, working practices and procedures.

To influence and assist in establishing and maintain appropriate standards of business practice consistent with company and regulatory requirements.

Ensure that the company are compliant and in line with FCA requirements

To build effective, supportive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate and develop the treating customers fairly policy which will enhance the customer journey.

Be involved in providing data to allow the team to monitor, assess, analyse and feedback on performance

Accurately carry out quality assessments to the required standards.

Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them

To carry out any reasonable instruction commensurate with the role.
