We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim’s Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim’s UK & Pilgrim’s Food Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. Reporting to the Head of IT Governance, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for an IT PMO Coordinator. The RoleThis role will hold overall responsibility and accountability for supporting the Head of IT Governance in the management of the IT PMO and provide coordination support to the wider IT team in relation to Projects, Finances, and IT Governance Controls.This role will also support the CIO, Head of IT Governance, IT Senior Management team and Finance Business Partners in the preparation, management and tracking of IT Opex/Capex budgets. This role will also be responsible for raising Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders’ What You’ll Need3+ years’ Project/PMO coordinationAbility to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, both within IT and the wider businessExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate Ownership to deliver tasks to timelines requiredAnalytical skills & critical thinkingProblem solvingSOX and ITCG understandingProject/PMO coordinationBudgetary ManagementStakeholder Analysis & ManagementCustomer and delivery focused with a problem-solving approach.IT principles and technical understandingTakes personal responsibility and leads from the front.Motivates others and performs well in pressurised and stressful situations.Ability to travel and work in locations across UK and Continental Europe.Experience of working with IT TeamsBusiness or IT degree level qualificationBudgetary ManagementFood industry, FMCG, manufacturing or distribution industry backgroundExperience of working across multiple teams, offices, countries, and time zones.
