We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim’s Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim’s UK & Pilgrim’s Food Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. Reporting to the Hire to Retire – Business Process Manager, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for a Hire to Retire – Business Process Expert. The Role This role will hold overall responsibility and accountability for ensuring that the process excellence strategy set by the Business Process Manager is realized within Hire to Retire area, driving implementation projects within Hire to Retire. The job holder will support Hire to Retire Business Process Manager (BPM) in setting the process excellence agenda, by providing the best practice insights to the process and technology components. Within this role, you will ensure solutions design and functional specifications are delivered according to agreed policy and you will be responsible for best practice sharing and identification of areas for improvements. What You’ll Need Minimum 5 years of experience in a Hire To Retire role or a degree in a related field.Knowledge of SAP and proficient use ofMicrosoft Office suite including Visio.Fluent spoken and written English.Good analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures.Negotiation skills to help resolve issues.Project management experience with proven skills to deliver to time, cost and quality
