BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT - MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim's Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim's UK & Pilgrim's Food Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.The Shared Services company will include a dedicated Continuous Improvement function whose core responsibility is to drive positive business transformation across the business. Reporting to the Business Process Manager - Master Data Management, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for a Business Process Expert - Master Data Management. The RoleThis role will support the delivery of the Process Excellence Strategy across the Master Data arena, driving the implementation of projects and providing the best practice insights to both process and technology improvements. The role will identify areas for improvements, then prepare, execute and facilitate the process improvements identification cycle. To achieve this across the business will require travel to other sites within UK & Ireland.It will support the BPM by providing complete process documentation including process maps, SOPs, user-guides and training manuals, and will ensure all solutions design and functional specifications are aligned with agreed policy. It will also support to ensure the highest standards of data governance, working collaboratively with Business Units, Shared Services and Pilgrim's PPC colleagues. What You'll NeedA minimum 5 years' experience in a process improvement role, or a degree in a related field, orextensive knowledge of Master Data.Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.Good analytical skills combined with the initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems andimplement remedial measures.Proven project and team management experience with skills to deliver to time, cost and quality.Negotiation skills to help resolve issues.Fluency in spoken and written English.
