You will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Manager in the managing, monitoring and reporting of a cyclical programme of servicing and auditing, with the aim of achieving and maintaining statutory compliance in accordance with legislation.,
Ensure all property compliance works are delivered effectively and within agreed budgets.
Ensure that all works compliance with legislation, including the Health & Safety at Work Act.
Provide a high quality of customer service at all times.
Raise works orders and assist with checking invoices.
Ensure all compliance data is maintained on organisations Asset Management System and Opal Tracking System.
Undertake essential compliance audits for new properties, ensuring that critical assets that require legislative inspections are recorded effectively to reduce business risk.
Support the Compliance Manager in quarterly performance review meetings with suppliers to access ongoing contract performance.
Continuously monitor and report on any new legislation surrounding Compliance.
Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
Proficient IT skills.
Experience in Contractor Supervision within compliance monitoring and property services.
Experience of managing the quality of certification, ensuring compliance can be demonstrated.
Experience of monitoring KPIs and report writing.
Ability to manage own workload.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
