You will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Manager in the managing, monitoring and reporting of a cyclical programme of servicing and auditing, with the aim of achieving and maintaining statutory compliance in accordance with legislation.,

  • Ensure all property compliance works are delivered effectively and within agreed budgets.

  • Ensure that all works compliance with legislation, including the Health & Safety at Work Act.

  • Provide a high quality of customer service at all times.

  • Raise works orders and assist with checking invoices.

  • Ensure all compliance data is maintained on organisations Asset Management System and Opal Tracking System.

  • Undertake essential compliance audits for new properties, ensuring that critical assets that require legislative inspections are recorded effectively to reduce business risk.

  • Support the Compliance Manager in quarterly performance review meetings with suppliers to access ongoing contract performance.

  • Continuously monitor and report on any new legislation surrounding Compliance.

Candidate Description

  • Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.

  • Proficient IT skills.

  • Experience in Contractor Supervision within compliance monitoring and property services.

  • Experience of managing the quality of certification, ensuring compliance can be demonstrated.

  • Experience of monitoring KPIs and report writing.

  • Ability to manage own workload.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
