Manage and drive delivery of several complex workstreams

  • Manage interdependencies and roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes

  • Challenge and influence key decisions

  • Proactively manages enterprise and project risk and issues

  • Able to get hands on to help solve blocking issues

  • Ensure all audit and risk requirements are met

  • Ensure all information security requirements are met

    Improve change process and methodology

  • Intelligently apply controls balancing administration against progress and execution

  • Embed best practice into change process

  • Provide structure and repeatable processes

Candidate Description

  • In depth experience delivering technology change within complex large-scale institutions

  • Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile delivery

  • Asset Management domain and product knowledge

  • Understanding of Asset Management technology platforms

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and politically complex projects

  • Strong stakeholder management skillset - people skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders

  • Self-sufficient with the ability to motivate and direct

  • Ability to work across multiple levels of an organisation

  • Full lifecycle experience from project initiation to rollout and retrospectives

  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills
