Looking for an experienced Project manager who is comfortable in a start up environment. This is a position to apply for if you are looking for a company where you can design solutions working backwards from the company mission, have a track record of rolling up your sleeves and dive into a fast-paced, ego-free environment.

The role will interim report to the Chief Planning Officer for a minimum of 6 months. The project manager (PM) will be primarily supporting Objective and Key results (OKR). OK Rs is a goal-setting framework used by teams and Company level to define measurable goals and track their outcomes.

The role will include working with multiple business functions to determine OKR project needs and requirements, collecting and analysing data, communicating clearly (both verbally and in writing) and influencing teams to adopt changes to work flows and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling

  • Take ownership of the OKR calendar by ensuring that OKR planning, and run time sessions are scheduled, team members are invited to the relevant sessions and time-lines are communicated clearly to the internal stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain OKR training calendar (both in-house and vendor-provided training)

  • Draft, prepare and distribute relevant documents, spreadsheets, agendas, and templates related to OKR meetings, phone calls and teleconferences

  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

    Maintenance and development of internal resources

  • Contribute to maintaining the internal OKR resources, including the intranet site dedicated to OKRs and the in-house training material

  • Support team by coordinating data collection and analysis through employee surveys

  • Assists the team in the preparation of OKR-related reports and templates.

  • Employ agile processes to champion OKR process in the organisation.

    Communication

  • Support team by performing tasks related to organisation and internal communication about OKRs

  • Contribute to the successful embedding of the OKR culture and best practices by proactively recommending process improvements

  • Fostering collaboration by ensuring working groups are aligned across Departments to provide mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Experience/knowledge of OKR framework highly desired

  • PMP-certification a plus
