There is a huge focus on partnering with OCR on their product design and delivery in this role, and you will be an integral part of developing a creating some completely new and extraordinary products. You will be largely imbedded within the development team and senior stakeholder groups, developing costing models and financial appraisals to influence decisions.

With the close support of the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will represent finance during crucial meetings concerning the development our new products and services. With eyes clearly focussed on our projects, you will understand a variety of development plans and review a range of proposals.

With multiple project timescales on the go, ensuring you are fully prepared to provide all documentation and financial advice on time is crucial. Your opinion is respected, and you are confident advising when something just isn't going to work.

Candidate Description

It's important you have a professional accounting qualification, such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. Strong costing and forecasting experience is essential for this role, but the thing that will make you successful is your communication and relationship-building skills. You will be confident leading meetings, influencing decisions and able to manage your own workload., Please note that successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory background checks including DBS due to working in a regulated industry.
