  • Day to day running of one of the five surface mount technology lines which includes. + Loading and setting up new production programs. + Conducting necessary quality checks to ensure a high quality product is produced. + Monitoring of line performance indicators and working to keep the machines highly utilised and efficient. + Working with our logistics teams to keep the Surface Mount machines stocked with materials. + Engaging and supporting our maintenance team with repairs, process issues and day to day maintenance activities. + Occasional support for our engineering teams to ensure smooth installation of new equipment or new products.

    Please note - this position requires standing for extended periods of time, As a new starter to the area full training is provided and you are paired with a buddy to support your successful introduction into the team; and as this department utilises high performance technology to support lots of areas of the business, our client are looking for people who are

Candidate Description

Double days - 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 on a weekly rotation (must be able to work both), Are you someone with an eye for detail and excited by the prospect of working with state of the art technology in an award winning business? Do you have experience working in a technology, electrical or manufacturing environment?

If yes then this may be the role for you, our international leader in the technology and engineering industry are looking to recruit Operatives to work in their Surface Mount Technology department at their Congleton site. Working as part of a small team and in a clean environment you will be responsible for a variety of tasks involved in the assembly of the printed circuit boards used in their product.

These roles are on a temporarily ongoing basis with an immediate start. If you have experience of working in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.,
