Job Description

Adecco are working in partnership with our client, a Global organisation based in Mildenhall, to recruit a Production Operative on a Temp to Perm basis to be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of their products to the highest standards. No experience is required for this role and full training will be given, but the applicant must have a good attitude, good work ethic and attention to detail. This role operates on a shift pattern. You must be available for an immediate start as this role is to initially start on an temporary basis and will go permanent after 12 weeks

You will be responsible for

• Operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring that the manufacturing targets are achieved

• Ensuring tasks for the oncoming shift are completed and prepared so they are starting from a good position

• Taking part in problem solving

• Working closely alongside Engineering and Quality teams

• Understanding and supporting KPIs (changeover times, run speed, downtime, performance losses)
