Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Product Delivery Coordinator to join our mobile network team at Asda. We are responsible for Asda's very own mobile network which is a core pillar of the wider ASDA growth strategy.
Reporting into the Network Product Delivery Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of key products and promotions, producing key foundation documentation including Business Requirement Specification, governance and control documentation and schedules. As well as providing support for resolution of issues, downtime or other service impacting challenges across Asda's systems and 3rd party platforms.,
Work within a cross functional team of Asda Mobile colleagues to ideate, discover and execute on initiatives
Create, own, maintain and execute a backlog of initiatives and plans to achieve targets
Work with the Commercial and Customer teams to develop and deliver new solutions and product enhancements
Own Online Account and Mobile App for Asda Mobile, looking for ways to improve the customer user journeys
Monitor internal and 3^rd party technical services, flagging and escalating under performance as required
Support customer complaint investigations, as well as BAU incident and defect management
Candidate Description
Experience of project work and an understanding of go to market and launch management
We'd like you to understand test and learn projects and working on proof of concepts. You'll be naturally organised, with experience of delivering on multiple projects
Be driven and focussed, insists on high level of performance, and does not become resigned to the potential of delays
Willing to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms
Mobile network experience preferred but not essential
