  • Leading environment sustainability advisory pre-sales and client facing in life sciences / pharmaceutical industry with a focus on sustainability and ESG reporting KPIs, environmental footprint assessment, circular economy, decarbonization roadmaps and carbon management.

  • Analyze clients' business and sustainability needs and blueprint new sustainable business models.

  • Join executive meetings and help business development and sales team in formulating the value propositions in sustainable operations and transformations.

  • Participate in business sustainability strategy projects as the senior sustainability expert and contribute in designing pilots and delivering solutions on a large scale.

  • Participate actively in mentoring internal teams on sustainability and ESG regulations, creating reusable content, thought leadership, webinars, podcasts, and creating new advisory frameworks.

Candidate Description

Are you passionate and experienced in working on challenging projects in environmental sustainability, circular economy, sustainable supply chain, and sustainability reporting? Are you looking to drive sustainable and innovative change within the industry?,

  • MSc or PhD in a scientific or engineering subject with a sustainability component (e.g. industrial ecology, sustainability economy, environment engineering, environmental science, etc.).

  • Proven track record in Pharmaceutical and LifeSciences industry with a focus on environmental sustainability, carbon management, circular economy and/or supply chain sustainability.

  • Experience in strategy and/or management consulting for the pharmaceutical industry as a client facing advisor.

  • Extensive expertise in at least one of the following is mandatory: Carbon accounting, Sustainability/ESG reporting, Circular economy, Sustainable Supply chain analysis/management, Life Cycle Assessment.

  • Familiar with digital solutions and technologies related to environmental sustainability in the Pharmaceutical / LifeSciences sector.

  • Requires fluency in English, other languages beneficial.
