We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO & Workflow Analyst to join our Business Service Management (BSM) division at a very exciting time for the business. You will have a varied role ensuring that all projects managed by the Customer Excellence BSM Project Management team follow the correct Project Governance as per the Delivery Methodology and Workflow Management for multiple teams. Supported teams include areas within Business Service Management i.e. Project Management, Transition, Solutions but will also include teams outside of BSM such as Sales Engineering, Bid Management and Commercial.

The role will include managing the workflow for all supported teams on Salesforce, meeting SLAs and providing a single point of contact for Sales, coordinating the processing of team projects, issuing documentation to internal suppliers, tracking the responses and approvals, weekly/monthly reporting and managing day to day supplier management within the wider Virgin Media teams.

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools specifically in excel to preferably include the following: Pivot table creation, Using Sliders in pivot tables to display data, Pivot table grouping , Pivot table formatting, Creating Graphs using pivots, VLOOKUP's, Formulas, Conditional formatting, Data Validation (Pick List etc), Locking down columns/spreadsheets and Splitting cells.

  • Proficiency in use of Salesforce

  • Experience in a combination of customer facing and operational roles would be a plus (ideally telco, IT or networking related).

  • Experience in sales or business administration.,

  • Underlying knowledge of the capabilities of networks, gained in a telco environment would be advantageous but not essential.
