Join VM02 in the Next Generation team as PMO Analyst you will be responsible for various methods and practices around embedding programme standards and frameworks improving the overall project management and delivery maturity across the organisation and tracking and reporting the conformance to plans and expectations of IT-oriented initiatives.

As an arm of the overall governance function, the PMO is responsible for supporting and enabling the organisation's projects, programs ensuring that the work of the PMO adds value and is relevant to the strategy of the organization and its ways of working. The PMO will support project work by equipping the organisation with methodologies, standards and tools to enable project managers to better deliver projects. The PMO is tasked with increasing the capability and maturity of the organisation through good practices and will work in collaboration with Programme Management and Executive Leadership to provide a central point of contact and support for the programme.

This role has a fundamental role in changing our culture around portfolio, projects and programmes and will be a key champion of new ways of working.

Candidate Description

  • Project Management qualification such as AgilePM, PMP, or a PMO qualification such as AIPMO or equivalent experience.

  • Multi project experience of building and administering plans alongside Project Management.

  • Experience of data analysis and experience of developing MI reports.

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, JIRA and project management tools.

  • Experience of building and managing financial controls.
