We have a current opportunity for a PMO Support on a contract basis with a public sector organisation. The position will be based in Glasgow or London.

Role Responsibilities

  • Report on Actions and Decisions through weekly MI pack updates

  • Be the central point of contact that takes place internally and externally

  • Log actions, make sure actions are up to date and closed on time

  • Maintain and keep up to date decision logs

  • Work with Seretarite to Transition to business

  • Resource and plan tools to support the maintenance and management of the wider PMO team

Candidate Description

  • History of liaising with people to take and update information

  • Ability to adapt and balance multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Previous experience of Sharepoint (desireable)
