Behind every successful change programme there is a talented Planning and Systems Lead. You`re a critical player in the project lifecycle. You drive forward projects and look at the systems with curiosity and an eye for detail, you wonder if they are designed to help the business best manage risks.
Luckily, that’s what this role is all about. You`ll shape and lead the development of our new Risk & Assurance programme.
As the Planning and Systems Lead you`ll manage the development of 2nd line assurance plan. On the planning and programme management side you`ll lead on the projects and ensure the performance of the programme are tracked. On systems, it`s about supporting the department`s system management and transformation activities. For example, you`ll drive the design and implementation of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework. You`ll also support Power Apps developer, PowerBI / Tableau developer projects. You`ll manage the system interfaces and produce reports when it`s required.
You`ll have experience of delivering projects or change programmes. You`ll come equipped with your experience of delivering integrated system solutions and reporting.
You’ll work with a variety of skilled and interesting people, and you’ll keep them on the course, focussed on the big picture. Nobody likes to be kept in the dark. You`ll communicate frequently with your stakeholders.You`ll beapproachable, a good communicator, and enjoy devising and implementing creative solutions to overcome challenges as they emerge.
This is a brand-new role within the business. You`ll have the freedom to choose what will work best for you. You`ll drive change and ensure the business has an effective risk culture.
