The primary focus of the role will be to provide an efficient people administration service for Retail and Supply, ensuring accurate and timely administrative support.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Processing and inputting of people related data
Issuing of letters and other communication
Dealing with telephone and email enquires (Internal and External)
Providing accurate and timely data to payroll
Scanning and uploading documents to the people system
Opening and sorting post
Supporting the People Support Centre with any other ad-hoc administration processes as required
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer focused approach and a warm telephone manner
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
An ability to use initiative with effective team working skills and experience of working collaboratively in a team environment.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word
Previous knowledge of SAP systems - Success Factors, Employee Central will be an advantage
