Pensions Delivery Manager - Hybrid Remote (Warwick) - £60000 - £68000 plus excellent benefits

You have extensive experience of UK defined benefit occupational pension scheme management from a Trustee perspective. The Pension Delivery Manager is a rewarding delivery focused role, and amongst a variety of tasks, will be involved with supporting the setup of the new pension scheme from the trustee perspective, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, managing Trustee engagement and the development and delivery of Trustee governance solutions. As our Pensions Delivery Manager you`ll be part of a new team, so you’ll have some autonomy to develop the role as you need to. You`ll define and implement the overall scope and deliverables to meet the business requirements for.

You`ll report directly into the Head of Pensions and support the Trustee and manage relationships and associated workflows with Trustee advisers and suppliers. You`ll provide pension secretarial role to the Trustee (including drafting some meeting papers) and associated governance aspects including risk management.

You`ll have a detailed understanding of requirements for UK defined contributions pension arrangements and wider benefits. You`ll be able to understand complex pensions issues. The experience of managing diverse stakeholders is key to this role.

Basic salary around £60000 - £68000, negotiable, dependent on experience and capability.   

As well as your base salary, you will receive:

This role is based in Warwick however we offer Hybrid working with 2 days working from home.
