Job Description
Adecco are happy to be working for a client who offer a great working environment to their staff. Your primary role would be to support the payroll function with administration and coordinate associated activities ensuring that all duties are dealt with upholding a high level of detail and accuracy, whilst professionally recognising, supporting, and communicating with all internal and external stakeholders.

Identify problems and implement corrective actions in accordance with a procedure
Enable participation with team and completion of short-term objectives
Plan and complete tasks with short-term impact
Accountable for completion of tasks and goals for self and assisting team
Responsible for own development and assisting team, Process the weekly payroll and all associated reporting functions
Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager with Payrolling Benefits
Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager with the Benefits Platform
Manage the administration for Company Cars
Manage the mileage capture system by updating data as required and ordering fuel cards
Manage the probationary review process
Process new hires through SuccessFactors in a timely manner
Log all European Reports monthly
Administrative duties to support the Payroll and Benefits Manager as required including, but not limited to; Auto Enrolment letters, P45's, final payslips, employee benefits platform welcome letters
Handle transactional activities as requested by the HRIS Manager
Develop Payroll skills, knowledge and understanding of Kronos to support Site Managers
Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community
Candidate Description
Able to prioritise own tasks and goals relating to short-term initiatives
Knowledge to enable effective completion of tasks and objectives
Must have exceptional organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
Integrity and confidentiality - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong Excel skills
Previous experience in Payroll
Experience of ICHRIS and/or Kronos would be advantageous
