Join Virgin Media O2 as Partner Success Executive (PSE), you will have clear accountability for ensuring our partners' long-term success through their business with us. Leading proactive discussions based on data led insight to support revenue retention activities with ownership of existing account base services. The PSE role will support relevant conversations on base and new opportunities as well as troubleshooting and creating a communication strategy to gather insight, improve customer relationships and demonstrate the value of existing services.
This role is responsible for the growth of partners to drive engagement and uncover new transformational opportunities. And as PSE you will use customer insight, propensity models to establish opportunities for revenue retention and growth. It is a great mix of partnerships and sales all in one role.
Essential skills, knowledge, or experience (Inc. professional or technical qualifications)
Previous partner/ vendor experience ideally in Wholesale with strong stakeholder / relationship management skills with focus on strong business development.
Demonstrable Sales and Commercial awareness interpreting Performance KPIs and Root cause analysis to support improvement initiatives.
Proven and outstanding Account or Service Management experience with previous project experience.
Experience of Data Analysis - understanding and interpretation of data from a wide range of sources.
Exceptional communication with stakeholders, leading and managing highly engaged customer focussed team through strong influencing and negotiating skills.
