Job Description

The Oracle EBS Functional Payroll role sits within the Delivery Team in Cognizant's EAS Oracle EBS Practice. The role is entailed to help both internal teams and external clients succeed in delivering the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS Payroll.

Typical day-to-day responsibilities for this role will include:

• Stakeholder Management at both the Client and Cognizant

• Responsible for the overall functional solution for Oracle EBS Payroll implementation

• Develop functional design document, Fit Gap Analysis document and drawing business case scenarios

• Understand client requirements and provide solutions for same in Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll

• Review deliverables prepared by the team before sharing them with the client

• Apply project methodology and enforce project standards

• Ensure documentation is complete and up to date

Candidate Description

• Experience in delivering functional solutions for Oracle EBS Payroll Implementations

• Very Good Understanding of Oracle EBS Human Resource and Payroll

• Strong communication skills and be able to communicate internally and externally, providing transparency to Stakeholders

• Deep experience in using Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

• Experience working in Public Sector Companies is an advantage
