You will aid the Station Manager and Station Management team in the efficient operation of the station by providing high quality secretarial and administrative services.

The role of the Operations Administrative Agent involves:

  • Creation of high quality correspondence and documentation.

  • Accurate and timely communication with both internal and external customers.

  • Maintenance of station filing systems, both operational and personnel.

  • Accurate and timely updating of information on internal personnel systems including Workday, SAP, and our time/attendance system to allow accurately reporting for the station.

  • Preparation of monthly statistics and reports.

  • Ensuring all requirements for meetings and training courses held within the location are adequately met.

Candidate Description

Our Bredbury Station needs an organised and self-motivated individual to join the team as Operations Administrative Agent., The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, confident, have ability to multi-task in addition to:

  • PC literacy including full conversancy with Microsoft Office applications

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Accuracy

  • Attention to detail
