Job Description
Handling associate queries in person, over the phone or by e-mail using Microsoft Outlook
Face to face engagement and providing support to colleagues on the shop floor
Process holiday requests, payroll queries and other general administrative tasks
Update records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Assist with investigations and carry out Health and Safety assessments, following company guidelines
Step in as acting Shift Supervisor to cover holidays
Speak with colleagues about their performance, provide coaching and support where necessary
Provide absence and attrition reports to the client on a daily basis
