Handling associate queries in person, over the phone or by e-mail using Microsoft Outlook

  • Face to face engagement and providing support to colleagues on the shop floor

  • Process holiday requests, payroll queries and other general administrative tasks

  • Update records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Assist with investigations and carry out Health and Safety assessments, following company guidelines

  • Step in as acting Shift Supervisor to cover holidays

  • Speak with colleagues about their performance, provide coaching and support where necessary

  • Provide absence and attrition reports to the client on a daily basis
