Our Client, a world renowned and highly successful events company, are currently seeking an Office Assistant who is resourceful, organised, professional, and committed to join the team in their busy East London office.,
Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing logistics during company events
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools
Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research tasks and an aptitude for helping others
Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
Strong attention to detail
Able to build relationships at all levels
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Passion for team building, forging connections and encouraging firm culture
Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Ability and willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Prior experience working in an administration function is preferred.
