Working 37.5 hours per week from 0830 to 1700 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch - our client is looking to take on an additional member of their team as soon as possible.

With an immediate start available for the right person, as an Office Administrator you will be expected to undertake the following:

  • Be the first point of contact for email or telephone enquiries, entering data into the clients' CRM systems to allow the sales team to follow up

  • Create offers and account forms - communicating with customers

  • Follow up on offers sent in CRM system and ERP system, notifying sales team of any follow ups needed

  • Record any new sales opportunities from customer enquiries, allocating to the sales team

  • Placing supplier orders

  • Accurately updating customer accounts

  • Liaising with transport carries and arranging shipments and collections, This is a really nice role working within an existing team of approximately 8 people at their office in Perth. Forming part of a larger, global company - we are ideally looking for a self motivated and involved administrator who can recognise opportunities to help and assist where possible. This is an on-site role, so if you prefer working around others as opposed to remote working - this could be ideal.
