We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join an organisation based in Ilford with a mission to provide best value and exceptional service delivery to both the public and the private sectors.

The company are a successful property management company who manage properties up and down the country. As an Office Administrator you will be mainly offering administrative support to the accounts team and occasionally to the maintenance and HR teams. The ideal candidate will be Microsoft Office Literate, self-driven while also being a good team player and communicator.

Duties of the role:

  • Multiple company weekly & monthly payments to contractors/consultants, suppliers and for amenities

  • Petty Cash Reconciliation & Upload

  • Credit Card Payments & Reconciliation

  • Credit Control

  • Addressing landlord queries and preparing monthly landlord payments

  • Raising and sending monthly local authority invoices
