The purpose of this role is to assist with the production of graphic design, UX/UI, motion graphics, animation, augmented reality, web design and virtual reality for the VMO2 L&D Projects! The Multi Media Designers will design and create high quality innovative assets, bringing them to life, modelling, animation, output and delivering high quality and innovative graphic design and digital learning solutions content.,

  • Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

  • Complete projects by coordinating with Instructional Designers, Developers and Video Producers.

  • Create and implement an asset management system (graphics, project files, and other assets).

  • Develop 2D and 3D graphics for a range of different learning programmes using Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for traditional media and online.

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Strong working skills of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. In particular, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects.

  • An artistic background with an interesting and engaging extensive portfolio

  • Possesses a solid all round set of skills, such as texturing, animation, 3D modelling, lighting & rendering

  • Ability to create high quality content from a loose or constrained brief with short deadlines.

  • UI/UX skills and experience.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and to adjust to inevitable changes in, deadlines, and project goals.

  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a cross functional team environment
