Job Description
Moving a customer through the process by understanding customer income and expenditure and validating income
Converting approved customers at 'Decision in Principle' stage to an appointment for advice with a Mortgage Advisor
Taking calls from customers who are looking for progress updates on their mortgage application
Acting on feedback to ensure high quality of referrals and customer satisfaction
Candidate Description
Experience of exceeding objectives and performance measures including providing excellent customer service
Knowledge of financial services and in particular Mortgage products
It would also be nice for you to have.
A willingness to understand Santander products, policies, and procedures in relation to Mortgages
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High quality verbal and written communication skills
Confident and skilled in identifying opportunities

This role is based within the Bradford site and would consist of a Hybrid way of working where you have the flexibility to be able to work from both the office and home 2 to 3 days per week.
