  • Moving a customer through the process by understanding customer income and expenditure and validating income

  • Converting approved customers at 'Decision in Principle' stage to an appointment for advice with a Mortgage Advisor

  • Taking calls from customers who are looking for progress updates on their mortgage application

  • Acting on feedback to ensure high quality of referrals and customer satisfaction

Candidate Description

  • Experience of exceeding objectives and performance measures including providing excellent customer service

  • Knowledge of financial services and in particular Mortgage products

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • A willingness to understand Santander products, policies, and procedures in relation to Mortgages

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • High quality verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident and skilled in identifying opportunities

    This role is based within the Bradford site and would consist of a Hybrid way of working where you have the flexibility to be able to work from both the office and home 2 to 3 days per week.
