  • Providing first class customer service to Members, dealing with complaints and payment queries

  • Monitoring and responding to email queries

  • Managing Members certificate processes

  • Utilising the Salesforce CRM database with accurate data entry

Candidate Description

  • Ideally experience of working for a Membership body previously

  • Experience of data entry using a CRM (ideally Salesforce)

  • Experience working in a customer facing environment

  • Excellent written and communication skills
