  • Acting as a single point of contact for the CCB business into Marketing and the broader Customer & Marketing function, this role is pivotal for ensuring the successful alignment and deployment of Marketing resources in support of CCB.

  • Drawing on the resources of the Customer and Marketing function to form a virtual 'squad' of specialists.

  • Planning and executing an integrated Marketing Plan of activities ranging from sponsorship & events to advertising and precision communications using CCB's marketing tech stack

  • Implementing the longer-term strategy and plans for CCB Marketing, leveraging insights, analysis and an understanding of how changes in digital technology and the economy are influencing clients' and prospects' needs, behaviours, and expectations.

  • Maintaining ongoing collaboration and engagement with all areas of the CCB business, from front-line business development teams to Risk, Technology, International, Specialist Sectors and strategic projects teams.

Candidate Description

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience of managing multiple complex projects or initiatives

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Previous experience in B2B financial services marketing

  • Previous experience within a marketing planning/coordination role

  • Knowledge of/experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking industry

  • Familiarity with the application of the Salesforce Marketing stack including Pardot, Agile Methodologies (Extensive Experience), Banking Products (Expert), Communicating for Impact (Extensive Experience), Cross-functional Collaboration (Extensive Experience), Decision Making and Critical Thinking (Extensive Experience), Digital Transformation (Extensive Experience), Financial Mathematics (Extensive Experience), Marketing Strategy and Positioning (Extensive Experience), Product Development Strategy (Extensive Experience), Retail Banking Services (Extensive Experience), Team Management (Extensive Experience)
