Key to the adoption of HubSpot as the single marketing platform across Cambridge, this role is key to developing the tools and processes to reach and engage target audiences to deepen our understanding of customer behaviour, enabling us to become more effective at driving quality new business and retaining existing customers.
Sitting within a wider team of 15 who are committed to delivering excellence across our web, digital and sales channels, the CRM & Data Manager is the go-to 'Super User' for everything related to HubSpot and you will champion the use of all our marketing cloud capabilities.
Lead the community of best practice that will provide fast-paced operational support for local and international teams across email marketing campaigns, automation, landing pages and reporting as well as ensuring the storage and flows of customer data adhere to protocols and remain GDPR compliant.
Are always thinking of the customer (end user) and their experience with us is top of mind with everything that you do.
Have extensive knowledge of Mar tech and are confident in managing CRM as well as customer support platforms.
