We have a unique opportunity to join our creative and evolving B2B Marketing Team as a Marketing Manager here at Virgin Media O2!, The Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring campaign activity is aligned to the wider enterprise and public sector marketing plans with a particular focus on vertical targeting.

Being the driving force for campaign creativity that brings our brand to life through our offline and online digital channels, you will be working closely with stakeholders across the business and with our partners to implement our strategy, initiatives, and programmes.

Good communication skills are paramount for this role as the Marketing Manager is the key interface to the Sales Teams, having key conversations around spending levels and tactics that consistently improve ROI without losing sight of growth and effectively communicate this to key stakeholders.

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven ability to develop marketing content and collateral.

  • Strong customer focus and ability to put the customer at the heart of business strategy.

  • Proven experience of a similar role within a complex B2B environment - preferably IT, tech or telecoms.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and written skills.

  • Experience of leading and working within cross-function teams in matrix organisations.

  • a creative and forward thinking personality

  • Degree level qualification or CIM diploma desired but not essential.
