  • Lead and manage events for the Beauty and Personal Care division

  • Lead and manage the creation of Pardot campaigns in coordination with UK Marketing

  • Assess and track Return on Investment from the division Marketing activities

  • Assist with creating marketing presentations for the external Beauty and Personal Care team

  • Lead and manage the monthly Marketing newsletter. Identifying and summarising key trends and brands from various online and offline sources (e.g., Mintel, WGSN, Instagram, Personal Care Magazine, the high street etc)

  • Inclusion within the UK Product / Marketing sub-team

  • Scout out new up-and-coming brands and make contact for active lead generation

  • Use of Sales Force CRM tools for tracking and analysis of the above tasks

Candidate Description

  • Has a keen interest in the Beauty & Personal Care Industry

  • Be academically qualified to degree level, ideally in Business / Strategic Marketing. Scientific

  • candidates will be considered, but passion / aptitude in Marketing is essential

  • Be highly organised, disciplined, and self-motivated

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with

  • all levels of management

  • Has a strong commercial acumen - has a high regard for accuracy and is confident navigating

    and presenting trend data with the Team.
