Job Description

  • Create Long Range Marketing Plans, Strategic Planning and implementation ensuring all business goals are achieved.

  • Attract new business.

  • Look after and develop existing relationships with key accounts, to ensure maintenance and growth.

  • Analyse the market for "good fit" new business and propose a strategy for agreement with the senior management to deliver this business.

  • Maintain a high level of marketing activity through effective management on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis.

  • Organise and oversee marketing/advertising / communication strategy campaigns (Social Media, Exhibitions, TV and Promotional Events).

  • Produce creative content, including blog post and videos

  • Organise and attend events such as conferences and other promotional events.

  • Write and proofread marketing promotional material for use with on-line promotional campaigns.

  • Liaise with designers and printers and organise promotional literature

  • Conduct market research for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups. Analyse trends and advise Senior Leadership Team on changes in the commercial business

  • Develop a team capable of always ensuring successful outcomes for both the company and the customer.

  • Represent and promote image of the Company and to assist Directors on strategic issues.

Candidate Description

  • Commercial understanding will be essential

  • Excellent Content Writing skills

  • Experience in all/most aspects of Marketing

  • Experience managing a team, an advantage

  • Able to work independently with strong time management skills

  • Focused, motivated, and resourceful
