Job Description
The European marketing team is responsible for promoting our solutions and brands via external and internal communications. The marketing coordinator is required to proactively manage, develop and maintain our core collateral and marketing assets as well as organise training courses, customer & product launch events, social media management.
The marketing coordinator will work closely with the European marketing team and across all areas of business development and communications, as required, to support business growth targets.
What will you be doing?
Supporting the development and delivery of the company's marketing plans in Europe with a main focus on the UK.
Collaborating with other departments to drive growth.
Ensuring clear KPIs are established and adhered to for marketing programs and effectively tracking and reporting on the initiatives.
Developing brand-focused and product-focused marketing campaigns.
Create and manage email campaigns to improve user on boarding, educate sector audiences, raise awareness of new products, up sell and cross sell products/services.
Supporting new product launches from start to finish.
Support the digital campaigns with ad copy and website maintenance including uploading product information, collateral, blog posts, news, etc.
Making sure brand message is delivered correctly.
Creating videos for testimonials, case studies and product updates.
Managing social media presence.
Managing from start to finish the logistics necessary to support webinars, exhibitions, training courses, etc.
Supporting the creation and upkeep of high-quality marketing resources such as best practice/user guides, product brochures, consumer literature, email marketing, case studies, web copy, blog posts, surveys, training materials, social media content, press releases.
