Lettings administrator

Job Description

Candidate Description

  • Must have recent lettings experience,

  • be organised and able to self motivate.

  • On going training will be available but could not consider without up to date understanding of legislation.

  • Be self motivated and confident in dealing with landlords and tenants in person and over the phone / email.

  • Good understanding of financial targets in negotiating with contractors. Super organised, detailed in handling property files.

  • Understand confidentiality is a priority.
