  • Conducting detailed telephone appointments with clients

  • Inputting details and notes accurately

  • Corresponding with clients via telephone, email and letters

  • Recording and storing client paperwork and documentation

  • Engaging with clients to chase for information and engagement where required

  • Logging client's Forms of Authority and Completed Questionnaires on to the Case Management System

  • Requesting information from Solicitors and placing on to the Case Management System

  • Conducting all necessary calls and correspondence with the client and third parties in the initial stages of the Client's claim

  • Management of incoming work source and email inboxes

Candidate Description

If you have an excellent telephone manner, you are a confident communicator, have great accuracy skills and the ability to take notes and process data at a fast pace, this is a great role for you!

Salary: £17,290.00

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm - 35 hours per week

A Graduate Diploma/Degree in field relevant to Legal Services would be desirable but is not essential.
