You will be empowering our managers and apprentices to further their career and supporting with new career apprentices. Coaching learners to believe in their ability to learn new skills and develop themselves will be at the core of what you are doing, along with supporting managers to develop their apprentices. Experience in coaching is a bonus for this, but definitely not essential.
