We are looking for a Lead Developer in a dynamic, new and ambitious consumer unit.
Our goal is to create a small specialist team to develop and test consumer-grade propositions in a global English Language Learning space.
We need someone who knows how to develop working prototypes quickly, to test a series of product propositions. The ethos we want is to fail fast, identify the real opportunities and allow data to guide our backlog.
The Lead Developer will be a self-starter, great at building web applications using cloud platforms - and understand how to evolve architecture based on demand (start small - scale as we prove it).
A full job description is attached.
What you will get from this opportunity
This is a fantastic role for someone who loves to work on a series of innovative new projects in a data-driven and customer-centric way.
As this consumer unit grows, you will have the opportunity to grow the development function and shape a high-performing team.
Your work will impact the learning outcomes of people around the world learning English to create a better future for themselves.
