We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Key Account Manager to join our Costa Express team. The role of a Key Account Managers with Costa Coffee is to support, manage and grow the Costa Express core business accounts. The companies you'll be responsible for will range from independents through to Head Office and Groups, including multi-site locations with values, potentially, in the millions., With ownership of a regional territory (south), you'll be responsible for developing existing business and developing new business by agreeing new Costa Express installs across a range of channels. With accountability for growing and developing Costa Express sales through existing key partners and new business.
Proactively work with the customer to grow sales and improve key KPI's
Execute sales strategy including marketing initiatives and price changes.
Account Management including business review meetings
Drive new installs of Costa Express concessions
Site visits to check standards, address operational issues, provide coaching, gain feedback

Relevant sales development experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment, in a like for like role
Account management experience, with the ability to build and develop excellent relationships
Experience gained in retail, foodservice or FMCG environment would be preferable
Ability to successfully negotiate financial investment with customers
Focused on driving results and striving for high quality
Proven achievement of challenging sales targets
Self-motivated to make a difference and have the drive and confidence to succeed, Location / Travel: Field based role South based with the ability to travel to Loudwater Head Office when business needs
