As a Junior Systems Accountant you will play a key role in all aspects relating to change, data and systems relating to SAP, ECC, BPC and BW.

Our Junior Systems Accountant role encompasses a wide range of tasks and responsibilities that will play a huge part in ensuring continued success as a new, single organisation.

Join our team to support the finance teams and systems accountants with the on-going maintenance, roll out and development of our in-house Finance systems. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Being the super user by providing departmental support for non-finance systems

  • Resolving users' questions regarding transactions within the systems

  • Highlighting opportunities for development and efficiency gains and drive through continuous improvement of all the Finance systems

  • Help prepare and distribute appropriate monthly reports while developing and improving the reports in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Description

A natural influencer who loves working within a team, you will be able to make sound decisions and produce accurate work to tight deadlines. Your background in finance systems, particularly SAP will be invaluable.

As an adaptable team player with excellent communication skills, you will be able to flourish by setting your own priorities.

Part qualified accountant or hold a Finance qualification? Your knowledge and experience will help inspire confidence at all levels.

Other key requirements include:

  • Knowledge of change management

  • Knowledge in managing financial systems

  • Accounting skills

  • Advanced use of Excel and data manipulation skills
