Global Category coordinator - Gifting is to support all activities in product and campaign development in Gifting category, in particular:

  • Support Brand Manager Christmas and Junior Brand Manager - All-year-round Gifting in effective and timely delivery of all gifting programs on the global level

    The Category Coordinator will work in close collaboration with Brand Development and Customer team, Sourcing and Operations. This role reports to Global Head of Marketing - Gifting.

Marketing Coordination - supporting Gifting Brand team to deliver all projects to excellent standard including connecting with markets and other global functions: Operations, Pack, Sourcing, Customer team, Brand Development team and other necessary functions connected to the smooth NPD process execution. Responsible for:

  • Setting up product codes

  • Support in NPD process documentation

  • Coordination of the pack copy process and product landing pages copy

  • Tracking gift samples for conferences and events

  • Brainstorming - organise and support ideation of exciting new concepts, packaging and campaigns

  • Research - helping out in adaptations or development of advertising/product concepts collaborating with the respective managers

  • Data analysis - extracting the correct data for analysis and having the ability to interpret and relay the data across product categories

  • Quarterly Competitor Analysis - research competitors to help create concepts and briefs that complement our existing portfolio of products and will a gap within the market

  • Trend Research - analysing trends within the beauty industry as well as outside, to inspire new product development (NPD)

  • Budgeting - coordinating PO and correct invoicing of external services (mock-up agencies, sample and pack suppliers), tracking spends and savings where appropriate, Commerciality Leadership Collaborative Skills Personal Conduct

  • Strong communication skills - ability to build relationships with the wider team

  • Managing complexity (multiple projects will run in parallel so the ability to prioritise and organise time is key)

  • Creativity and analytical skills - projects will be varied and require both skill sets

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
